Passive items are one of five item categories in Demoncrawl.

Passive items will give you a passive bonus while you're holding the item in your inventory, depending on the item you picked up.

Mucilage | Hungry Plants are more common. You may right click a Hungry Plant to feed it the last item in your inventory. Gain 1 coin when you activate a Hungry Plant. | 17 coins | |

Enchanting Rune | Magic items will trigger an extra time. | 21 coins | |

Fishing Pole | Guarantees 1 Wishpool per stage. You may right click a Wishpool to go fishing: reduce its charges by 1, pass a turn, and see what you reel in! | 21 coins | |

Happy Cloud | Gain 15% evasion. Your evasion also gives you a chance to avoid omen effects. | 21 coins | |

Rainbow Rope | Gain 1% pathfinding at the end of each stage for each different type of aura present. | 22 coins | |

Rosin | After you use a magic item, your next chord will be a powerchord. | 22 coins | |

Scalpel | Whenever you lose exactly 1 life, lose a random omen. | 22 coins | |

Scythe | When you complete a stage, gain 1 soul for each omen you have. | 22 coins | |

Wisdom Tooth | Gain a mastery charge whenever you consume an item that isn't a consumable item. Automatically consume this item when you enter the final stage. | 22 coins | |

Echo Chamber | When you target a cell with an item, enchant the cell: increase the value of this cell by 1 each turn. If it's 10 or greater, use the original item here then reset the cell value. | 23 coins | |
