Passive items.PNG


Passive items are one of five item categories in Demoncrawl.

Passive items will give you a passive bonus while you're holding the item in your inventory, depending on the item you picked up.

There are 191 total passive items (plus 3 tablets).

Heart Key.png Heart Key Whenever you collect a heart, a random visible monster becomes your familiar. Whenever a familiar dies, spawn a heart. 17 coins

Mucilage.png Mucilage Hungry Plants are more common. You may right click a Hungry Plant to feed it the last item in your inventory. 17 coins
Pacemaker.png Pacemaker Whenever you lose exactly 1 life, spawn a Sawblade. Whenever a Sawblade explodes, restore 1 life. 17 coins
Punchbag.png Punchbag Whenever you leave an item shop, uncomplete the first stage of the quest. 17 coins
Zombie Paw.png Zombie Paw Whenever a familiar dies, spawn a familiar. 17 coins

Hero Brooch.png Hero Brooch When you enter a stage, reduce the max power by 1. If you have a legendary item, cut the max power in half instead. 19 coins

Angel of Stone.png Angel of Stone Guarantees one Mystic Statue per stage. Whenever you activate a Mystic Statue, restore 5 lives. 20 coins

Dirty Soap.png Dirty Soap Orbs explode in a 3x3 area when clicked. Spawn 3 Cankers when you gain this item. 20 coins

Fishing Pole.png Fishing Pole Guarantees 1 Wishpool per stage. You may right click a Wishpool to go fishing: reduce its charges by 1, pass a turn, and see what you reel in! 21 coins

Swelling Rune.png Swelling Rune Whenever you target a cell with a magic item, double the value of the cell. 21 coins
Cryomancy.png Cryomancy When you target a cell with a magic item, it gains Frozen. When you complete a stage, gain 1 soul for each Frozen cell of value 5 or greater. 22 coins
Electromancy.png Electromancy When you target a cell with a magic item, it gains Electric. When you complete a stage, gain 1 soul for each Electric cell of value 5 or greater. 22 coins
Pyromancy.png Pyromancy When you target a cell with a magic item, it gains Burning. When you complete a stage, gain 1 soul for each Burning cell of value 5 or greater. 22 coins
Scalpel.png Scalpel Whenever you lose exactly 1 life, lose a random omen. 22 coins
Scythe.png Scythe When you complete a stage, gain 1 soul for each omen you have. 22 coins
Moon.png Moon Whenever a monster is revealed, reduce the stage's max power by 1. 23 coins
Silver Bullet.png Silver Bullet Your projectiles have a small chance to become a Blessing. This chance decreases with your number of omens. 24 coins
