Tier I Delay monster damage by 3 turns.
Tier II Your last status effect will increase instead of decrease.
Tier III [3 Charges] Increase your status effect counters by 10.
Unlock I Unlock by completing a quest with a status effect counter of 100 or greater.
Unlock II Unlock II by completing a quest with a status effect counter of 500 or greater.
Unlock III Unlock III by completing a quest with a status effect counter of 1000 or greater.

The Hypnotist Mastery is focused on Status Effects and delaying monster damage. Delayed damage uses the Hypnowatch status effect.
