Poisoner Mastery
| Tier I | Begin the quest with Poison. Whenever Poison activates, cast Poison Blade. |

| Tier II | You are immune to life loss from Poison. Toxic cells grant an additional Poison. |
| Tier III | [2 Charges] Activate a number of Spider Fangs equal to your number of poisons. |
| Unlock I | Unlock by completing a quest on Normal or above with 5 or more poisons. |
| Unlock II | Unlock II by completing a quest on Normal or above with 10 or more poisons. |
| Unlock III | Unlock III by completing a quest on Normal or above with a full inventory of poisons. |
The Poisoner Mastery is focused on the use of the omen Poison.
