Extended 12 Pattern

The literal values don't have to be 12. We're looking for anywhere there are 1 and 2 monsters remaining to be flagged for a pair of nearby values.

First, this 3 has one monster remaining. There is one monster in this oval.

As there is only one monster on the bottom, the 2 tells us there is a second monster in this top cell.

We also know the bottom cell is safe from the 3, as we know there is a monster in the two spaces next to the 2.
