Has several possible effects:
- Kills target.
- Makes several clones of target.
- Changes target into a random stranger, monster, landmark, or stage loot.
- Changes appearance of target into that of a random stranger or monster type, but it still behaves the same as before.
Alien Blaster is dropped in the same conditions as 
Area 51. You can also obtain it from 
Mages using a 
Toad. It cannot be obtained from any other source, including 
Paragon Rod.
