Shell Shocked is a Beyond mode Emblem.
Strategy
The boss will kill you if it's still alive when you solve the boss stage. You can avoid this either by using the password (just like how you obtained the emblem), removing him in some other way (like an explosion), or by skipping the boss stage with an 
Infinity Key.
Drop Condition
First, you must reach the last Easter mission (the 11th one, which is named "Scrambled Egghead").
Next, you must find a 
Chicken Coop and enter it. It will contain signs with text like "1... Gray Egg" with numbers from 1-5 that tell you which eggs to use in which order. Write down those hints.
Finally, you must find the 
Egghead boss and open those eggs in the specified order.
The password is different for each quest, so the Chicken Coop and Egghead must be in the same quest. Endless Multiverse dimensions count as a single quest, so you can find a Chicken Coop in one dimension and then find Egghead in a later dimension and it'll still work.
